| Move to Columbus |

So after months of having to deal with admissions people & my incompetent embassy, I have finally moved to Columbus, Ohio. I was obviously wary about moving to the midwest, but after meeting a lot of new friends this past week, I think I'm going to actually enjoy this place.
I think one of the reasons I was so hesitant to move is because I had a schema of Midwestern people being wholesome, kind people. However, the friends I've made aren't exactly saints (thank god). I'm relieved I don't have to put up a false front of being a kind person around anyone I've met so far, because that gets so exhausting after a while, haha.
Anyways, I've decided to start using live journal as a way to pass time, not because I think I'm the second coming of Ernest Hemingway, or anything like that. I also apparently have the tendency to make people laugh, so I'm sure I'm gonna have a following of millions and millions of people within about a week. Alas, I have yet to master the concept of humility.
